Biadasz to miss 2026 NFL season

Amherst native and former Wisconsin Badger lineman Tyler Biadasz will miss the entire 2026 NFL season because of an ACL injury.  Biadasz now plays for the Los Angeles Chargers and he was hurt during a joint practice with San Francisco last week.  Biadasz was selected on the fourth round of the 2020 NFL draft by Dallas, and played for the Cowboys for four seasons.  He signed with Washington prior to the 2024 season and played for the Commanders the last two years.  Washington surprisingly released Biadasz in February, and he then signed a three-year, $30,000,000 contract with the Chargers.  Biadasz has started 84 games for the Cowboys and Commanders over the last five seasons.
