Gottlieb signs extension with UW-Green Bay

UW-Green Bay is signing men’s basketball coach Doug Gottlieb to a contract extension, and Gottlieb is now signed through the spring of 2031.   Gottlieb joined the Green Bay staff in the spring of 2024.  His first team finished just 4-28, but last season, the Phoenix were 18-15, resulting in one of the biggest single season turnarounds in college basketball.  Green Bay also earned its first win in the Horizon League tournament since 2020 last season.
