The Milwaukee Bucks are making two selections in the first round of the NBA draft.  With the tenth overall pick, Milwaukee selected Arizona shooting guard Brayden Burris.  Burries averaged 16 points, five rebounds and two assists per game as a true freshman at Arizona last season.  He also shot 39% from three-point range.  At 20-years of age, Burries was the oldest freshman in this year’s draft class.  He is 6’4, and could be a bit undersized for an NBA wing, but NBA scouts are impressed with his well-rounded game.  The Bucks then used the 13-th pick in the draft to take Tennessee forward Nate Ament.  Ament is 6’10, and averaged 17 points and six rebounds per game for Tennessee as a freshman last season.  He shot only 40% from the floor, which is a concern for a player who plays a lot around the basket.  He does get to the four line a lot, however, averaging seven free throw attempts per game last season.  The second round of the draft is scheduled for tonight, but the Bucks do not have a pick in the second round.
