Blue Jays activate Varsho

Marshfield’s Daulton Varsho is back with the Toronto Blue Jays after missing almost two weeks of action due to a wrist injury.  The Blue Jays activated Daulton from their injured list on Saturday, and he had a big impact right away, with a diving catch in center field and a three-run home run that helped the Jays beat the Chicago Cubs 8-6.  Toronto’s game at Chicago on Sunday was rained out.  Daulton is now batting .256, with six home runs and 20 rbis this season.
