Trees named permanent MSOE AD

The Milwaukee School of Engineering is naming women’s basketball coach Hannah Trees as the school’s permanent Athletic Director.  Trees has been serving as interim Athletic Director since November.  Trees is in her seventh season as women’s basketball coach at MSOE.  She played two seasons of Division I basketball at Butler, and then played for two years at Division III powerhouse DePauw of Indiana.  After assisting at Lake Forest of Illinois for four seasons, Trees took the head coaching job at MSOE in 2019.  Trees replaced Bill Massoels as MSOE Athletic Director in November, when Massoels stepped down to devote more time to his duties as Raider track and cross country coach.
