Bucks pick up option on Beauchamp

The Milwaukee Bucks are exercising their third-year option on wing
MarJon Beauchamp.  That means the Beauchamp's salary of over $2,700,000
is locked in for the 2024-25 season.  The Bucks then have until October
31, 2024 to decide if they want to pick up the fourth-year option,
which would be worth almost $4,800,000.  Beauchamp was the 24-th
overall pick of the 2022 NBA draft.  He played in 53 games as a rookie
last season, averaging five points and two rebounds per game.  He also
shot 33% from three-point range.  Beauchamp played college basketball
at Yakima Valley Community College in Washington.
