Blue Jays return Schwecke to ‘AA’

The Toronto Blue Jays are sending Marshfield’s Trevor Schwecke back to their ‘AA’ farmclub at Manchester, New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. Trevor began the season with New Hampshire, and played in 25 games, batting .256, with three home runs and 17 rbis. He was then promoted to the Jays’ ‘AAA’ club at Buffalo, and played in 11 games for the Bisons, batting .300, with one home run and five rbis. Trevor has played in the Toronto farm system for the last four seasons, after three years of college baseball at UW-Milwaukee. He has played virtually every position aside from pitcher and catcher during his minor league career.
