The Pittsburgh Steelers are signing linebacker Nick Herbig to a contract extension that will keep him under contract through the 2030 season.  Herbig played college football at Wisconsin between 2020 and 2022.  He was selected by Pittsburgh on the fourth round of the 2022 NFL draft.  In the last three seasons, Herbig has played in 45 games for Pittsburgh, starting 11, and has 79 tackles, 16 sacks and 23 tackles for loss.  Pittsburgh also has two other premier pass rushers, TJ Watt and Alex Highsmith signed to expensive contracts.
