UW-Stout names Webb as men’s basketball coach

UW-Stout is naming Tom Webb as its permanent men’s basketball coach.  Webb served as interim coach last season, and led the Blue Devils to a 9-17 record.  Webb has been on the Stout staff since 2018.  He played college basketball at Rochester College, and later assisted at that school and at Purdue-Northwest.  Webb was named Stout’s interim coach a year ago when former head coach Jim Lake left Stout to join the basketball staff at Division I Central Michigan.
