The UW-Milwaukee men’s basketball program is adding a number of new players for next season.  Among the newcomers is former Marquette forward Al Amadou.  Amadou played 14 games for Marquette during the 2024-25 season, and then transferred to St. Joseph’s of Pennsylvania last season.  He will now return to Milwaukee to play for the Panthers next season.  Another former Marquette player will also join the Panther program in the fall–guard Tre Norman, who played in 94 games over the last three seasons at Marquette.  Other recruits for the Milwaukee men’s program include Beloit-Memorial guard Amare Hereford, who scored 38 points per game as a high school senior last season; former Whitefish Bay-Dominican standout Aaron Womack, who was a redshirt last season at Syracuse; Gurnee, Illinois guard Braylon Walker; 6’10 forward Nate Malosa, who led all of junior college basketball in blocked shots last season for Columbia State of Tennessee; and former Wauwatosa-West guard Jake Hansen, who spent last season at Oklahoma.  In addition, former Whitnall High School standout Danilo Jovanovich confirms that he will return to UWM for his senior season next fall.  Jovanovich began his college career at Louisville, and transferred to Milwaukee in 2024.  He averaged 12 points and six rebounds per game for the Panthers last season, before his campaign ended in January due to injury.
