The UW-Oshkosh softball team will head to Mississippi this week to play in the NCAA Division III Super-Regionals. The Titans won their regional at Washington University of St. Louis this weekend, edging Washington in the title game on Saturday 2-1. Oshkosh now meets Belhaven of Mississippi in a best-of-three Super Regional Thursday and Friday. The Oshkosh softball team is 33-8-1 and ranked 14-th in the Division III national poll. Belhaven is ranked ninth, and is 40-10. The Blazers finished second at the Division III championships in 2024. The Division III national tournament will be played at Salem, Virginia May 28 through June 3. The UW-Oshkosh softball team is the only Wisconsin team still alive in NCAA competition. The UW-Stevens Point softball team, and the UW-LaCrosse and UW-Whitewater baseball teams all lost in regionals last week.
