Owens to return to Marquette

Junior guard Demarius Owens indicates he will return to the Marquette men’s basketball program next season.  Owens is a 6’7 forward from Rochester, New York, and he averaged five points and three rebounds per game for Marquette last season.  He underwent groin surgery prior to last season, and started the year slowly, but averaged six points per game over Marquette’s final 21 contests.  Some other Marquette standouts, including Nigel James, Adrien Stevens and Royce Parham also indicate they will return next sea
