There will be another conference change in Wisconsin Division III athletics. Concordia of Mequon will leave the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in the fall of 2027 to join the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. Concordia will be the third Wisconsin school in the CCIW, joining Carthage and Carroll, along with seven Illinois schools. Concordia has been a member of the NACC since that league was founded in 2006, but is the second school to announce plans to leave the league in recent weeks. Alverno will also exit the NACC to join the Coast-to-Coast Conference next season. The departure of Concordia and Alverno will still leave the NACC with eight members, including Edgewood of Madison, St. Norbert of DePere, and Wisconsin Lutheran of Milwaukee.
