Badger basketball now has three in transfer portal

The Wisconsin Badger men’s basketball program now has three players in
the NCAA transfer portal. Guard Connor Essegian changed his mind
earlier this week and entered the portal after two seasons at
Wisconsin. And now, two walk-on players are also looking to transfer.
One is 6’5 Ross Candelino of Jacksonville, Florida, and the other is
6’4 Luke Haertle from Hartland-Arrowhead. Both walked-on at Wisconsin
in the fall of 2022. Candelino played a total of ten-minutes over five
games this season, while Haertle played in nine games.
