It appears that one of the top high school boys basketball players in central Wisconsin will change schools. Wisconsin Sports Network is reporting that Pacelli High School junior Jayden Awe will transfer to Stevens Point High School in the fall of 2024 and play his senior season at Spash. Awe is a 6'8 junior, who is sidelined for the rest of this season because of an achilles injury. He has started for Pacelli since his freshman year, and is averaging 16 points and 14 rebounds per game in 60 high school games. Awe was averaging 22 points and 17 rebounds per game for Pacelli before suffering his injury earlier this season. He apparently has one Division I college basketball scholarship offer, and that is from UW-Milwaukee.
