Rogers named interim baseball coach at Concordia

Concordia University of Mequon is naming Mitch Rogers as interim baseball coach for the 2026 season.  Rogers replaces former coach Eddy Morgan, who is leaving Concordia to accept a position in the Milwaukee Brewers’ organization.  Rogers joined the Concordia staff last year as pitching coach.  He first came to Mequon in 2024 as interim head coach of the Northwoods League Lakeshore Chinooks.  Rogers has also worked on the staff at Tennessee Tech, and played college baseball at Western Carolina and Cumberland.  Drake Grod of Mosinee is a senior infielder at Concordia this season.
