Ridgway wins in collegiate track

The college track and field season is underway at UW-Stevens Point, and the Pointers hosted their Big Dawg Meet this week.  Marshfield’s Gracie Ridgway, who is a freshman at Stevens Point this year, earned first place in the women’s 200-meter dash, and she was also third in the 60. Also in women’s competition, Lilianna Grube of Auburndale was 12-th in the weight throw and 15-th in the shot put.  In men’s action, Logan Witerberler of Marathon was fifth in the triple jump.
