NFL teams show interest in Willis

Several NFL teams are showing interest in Green Bay Packer backup quarterback Malik Willis.  Willis is a free agent, and is expected to leave Green Bay this spring.  Cleveland, Miami and Pittsburgh are among the teams that are showing the most interest.  Willis has spent the last two seasons backing up Jordan Love in Green Bay.  He played in four games for the Packers in 2025, starting one, and also played in seven games in 2024.  Willis spent his first two NFL seasons with Tennessee.  Some observers feel Willis could command a two-year contract, worth up to $40,000,000 on the free agent market.
