The Toronto Blue Jays are placing outfielder Daulton Varsho of Marshfield on the ten-day injured list with a hamstring injury. Daulton was hurt Saturday night when he rounded second base while trying to stretch a double into a triple. Daulton also opened the season on the injured list as he recovered from off-season shoulder surgery. Daulton is batting .207 this season, with eight home runs and 20 rbis. He is also displaying the stellar defensive work in centerfield that enabled him to earn the American League Gold Glove for that position last season.
