Marshfield Tigers could move to D-II in 2025-26

Some area high school basketball programs may switch divisions
next season because of declining enrollment.  Marshfield's
enrollment this school year is 1252, but the projected
enrollment for next year is 1188.  That drop could move
Marshfield from Division I to Division II.  Both Mosinee and
Ashland could drop from Division II to Division III.  Mosinee's
enrollment is now at 625, but is listed as 561 for next year.
And Ashland is projected to drop from 625 to 595 next year.
