The Milwaukee Brewers are signing veteran left-hander Jose Quintana to a one-year contract, with a guarantee of $4,500,000, plus incentives. Quintana pitched for the Mets for the last two seasons, and has pitched for seven different teams during his 13-year major league career. He made 31 starts for New York last season, and was 10-10, with a 3.75 ERA. Quintana has a career major league record of 102-103, and he has won as many as 13 games in three different seasons. Quintana's best years were with the Chicago Cubs, where he was 13-12 in 2016, and 13-9 in 2017.
