Two football players from central Wisconsin are receiving all-conference honors from the WIAC. UW-Stout linebacker Walker Beyerl of Mosinee in an all-conference second team player, and UW-LaCrosse receiver Wyatt LeMoine of Marshfield is all-conference honorable mention on offense. Beyerl had 35 tackles, two sacks, six tackles for loss and two fumble recoveries for Stout this season. LeMoine caught 30 passes for 511 yards and four touchdowns for LaCrosse. The LaCrosse football team is still alive in the NCAA Division III playoffs, and will play at St. John's of Minnesota in the second round of the playoffs on Saturday.
