Still no timetable for Middleton return

Still no word on when forward Khris Middleton may return to the Milwaukee
Bucks.  Middleton underwent surgery on both ankles during the summer, and
has not played yet this season.  He did take part in a three-on-three
scrimmage last week, and hopes to advance to a five-on-five scrimmage in the
next week.  Middleton has missed 74 games over the last two seasons because
of injuries.  He averaged 15 points per game in 55 games last season.
