The Green Bay Packers are acquiring quarterback Malik Willis from Tennessee for a seventh-round draft pick in 2025. Willis played college football at Liberty, and was projected as a possible first round draft pickin 2022. Willis, however, slipped into the third round where he was selected by the Titans. He played in 11 games for Tennessee over the last two seasons, starting three, completing 53% of his passes for 350 yards and no touchdowns, with three interceptions. During the off-season, the Titans signed veteran Mason Rudolph, and he will serve as the primary back-up behind Will Levis. Currently, Sean Clifford and Michael Pratt are the reserve quarterbacks behind Jordan Love in Green Bay, but neither played well in the Packer exhibition loss to Denver last week.
