Duffy leaving Marquette for Virginia Tech

Megan Duffy is stepping down as women's basketball coach at Marquette
to become the head coach at Virginia Tech.  Duffy served as Marquette
coach for the last five seasons, compiling a record of 110-46,
including 64-30 in the Big East Conference.  During Duffy's tenure,
Marquette reached post-season play four times, making three trips to
the NCAA tournament.  She also spent two seasons as head coach at Miami
of Ohio.  Duffy is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and a four-time
letterwinner at Notre Dame, where she scored more than 1000 points
during her college career.
